The HPPSX Capsule Filter features a dual-layer Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane designed to handle sterile filtration of high-particulate aqueous fluids. With a high-capacity PES prefilter layer and an asymmetric PES final filter layer, HPPSX ensures high flow rates, broad chemical compatibility, and excellent retention performance across a wide pH range.

Its low protein-binding properties make HPPSX ideal for critical biopharmaceutical and diagnostic applications. Each unit is flushed to reduce extractables and is 100% integrity tested. Pre-sterilized capsule formats are also available.

Sterilization & Cleaning:

• Autoclave: 250 °F (121 °C), 30 min, 25+ cycles
• Inline Steam: 275 °F (135 °C), 30 min
• Hot Water: 194 °F (90 °C), 30 min, max 3 psid forward
• Compatible with H₂O₂, peracetic acid, bleach, etc.
