Domaine De La Cadette Bourgogne Blanc 2023100% Chardonnay, organically grown on clay limestone soils in northern Mconnais, sourced from the villages of Pronne, Uchizy, and Sane. Hand harvested and gently pressed, the grapes undergo spontaneous fermentation and malolactic conversion in stainless steel tanks, followed by 10 months of maturation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal SO added (<20ppm).
