It was aged in small 200-liter American Quercus Alba white oak barrels, before being slowly reduced and bottled in 2012, all under the supervision of Marc Sassier, the Saint James oenologist (and recently appointed president of the AOC Martinique), and Myriam Bredas, the cellar master.
